It combines two technologies: the Artificial Intelligence chip (AMH1 system) that senses different types of fabric, adapting the motor's penetration force and the thread's path without friction, which reduces thread tension, reducing thread breakage.

Chip with AI

This is the brain of the machine: the AMH1 system processes 200,000 fabric samples 10,000 times per second in parallel, sensing the material and adapting the penetration force of the motor and the feed dog feed in real time.

Frictionless thread path

This is mechanical technology that works with AI to precisely manage the thread, ensuring perfect needle-loop coordination. It reduces thread tension by up to 30%. Lower tension reduces stress on the thread and prevents it from breaking.

Digital Stitch Length

Stitch length can be adjusted to 0.1mm, controlled by a stepper motor. A stitch length adjustment lock function has also been introduced.

Digital Presser Foot Lift

The presser foot lift is digitally controlled by a stepper motor. Up to 13 levels can be adjusted from the control panel with one click.

Silent Bartack

Thanks to the stepper motor structure for electronic clamping, noise has been drastically reduced: this allows for a quieter and more comfortable working environment.

Short thread

There's no need to cut the remaining thread, which avoids the risk of ruining your work and saves you time and money. The machine also allows you to activate the initial and/or final condensing stitch to prevent the seam from unraveling.
